About Mp3Blocks
A free tool for cutting and splitting audio that respects your files.
Mp3Blocks started as a personal tool. We needed to split long recordings into numbered parts, and the free websites we tried either uploaded every file to their servers, limited how many files we could save, or made it hard to listen to just the part we were cutting. So we built the tool we wanted and decided to make it available to everyone.
What we care about
- Your files stay yours. Audio is processed on your device and never uploaded. See how that works.
- No sign-up, no limits. No account, no watermark, no daily quota.
- Plain explanations. The tool tells you what each choice does, such as what happens to quality when you change the bitrate.
Who runs it
Mp3Blocks is made and run by Grupo Urantia SpA, a small web development studio based in Talca, Chile. The site is funded by advertising, which keeps it free.
